Making the right food choices  is crucial for maintaining your health.

overweight or obese contributes to health challenges and sickness.Healthy whole- food meals and snacks  with proper calorie control will help supporting weight management and good health.

Overcoming hunger is one of the most difficult issues that some people are facing  today especially for those of us who are trying to loose weight.In order to control hunger a meal must be well balanced and should be a source of proteins, complex carbohydrates, healthy oils to provide the recommended daily intake for most essential vitamins and minerals. Adjust your daily food intake to control hunger, the proper healthy meal plan should be six meals a day: two whole food regular meal, two whole food snacks and two high-energy low calorie  low carb meal.

Regular meal should consist of lean protein such as grilled poached or baked cooked lean meat : chicken, beef, pork, turkey, fish, lamb or eggs, included should also be complex carbohydrates found in vegetables such as celery,spinach, asparagus, cauliflower, mushrooms, lettuce, sprouts, tomato, cabbage etc…

Snacks could be a choice of raw vegetables, cucumber, celery, carrot, or fresh whole fruits that have a low sugar content.

High-energy low calorie low carb meal such as a  shake with protein source and carbohydrates.

Eat every two to three hours, eat slowly and drink lot’s of water.
