Attention skiers… Workout program to get you in shape for a great skying season, don’t let your legs quit early on a powder day again ! Or have your kids waiting for you every 5 minutes wandering where are they ? ( the parents). For a number of individual skying is a week end or a vacation sport and exercise and does not require much fitness !!!
