Howdy folks,

Let me introduce myself:

I do not pretend to know more then the average Joe but what i Know is from personal experience and the adventures of life.

Originaly from a small village in the french part of Switzerland i came to the USA in the 70 the era of peace and love and the Vietnam war. Landed in Denver Colorado .

Coming from europe this was a shock to my system, the American west, the cowboys the indians , a dream come true !

Well anyway after one year i moved to Jakson hole Wyoming where i got Married to my sweetheart from Switzerland and had our fist son Yann. My wife and i  worked in the hospitality industri and love to ski ,hike and everything outdor.For seven years we endured the wounderful sceneries of the area and then moved to Scottsdale Arizona for about three years.

More of the west and it’s beauty and of course the dry heat, there we had our second son Nicolas.

In 1980 we decided to migrate to Sedona Arisona . What an extraordinary place,the scenery ,  the red rocks , the mountain biking, it was paradise!

Personaly still in the hospitality industry , my wife in the retail business her own sport store : SEDONA SPORTS an for 22 years we enjoyed this unique environment.

In 2002 we decided to retire and build our log home in Pagosa Springs Colorado ,an other unique and beautiful area .

Unfortunatly in 2004 my wife at the age of 55 got diagnosed with ALS and passed away in 2005. I maintained residence in Pagosa until 2008 when i sold the house and moved closer to my son in Florissant Co .

I am an executive chef  trained in Switzerland ,i have raced downhil skying, i horse back ride , i hike , i rode bike, (just rode the Iron Horse) i mountain bike , i am over 60 and still full of energy.
